Not quite as bad as yours. But we've had more snow since mid-February than the rest of the winter, I'd say, and we've had a run of a week where we've had a little each day. At least you've got some sun, we've had a lot of drear these last two weeks.
That looks like March! We got a few inches, but it's already melting from the rain that followed. The Vernal Equinox may have officially come and gone, but mild temperatures don't generally arrive until April. Heck, sometimes April is chilly the first couple weeks! I like March snows, though. It's pretty to look at and then it melts much much quicker than in January or February!
That is what our yard looked like two weeks ago. Thank goodness the snow we have had since has melted quickly. I hope yours melts soon. It is still cold here and I want spring to move in! :) ~Jess
That is what my yard looks like, too! What is up with Spring. I miss the sun. I swear I've developed a natural vitamin D deficiency. Brighter days have got to be on the way.
Spring is nowhere is sight for my area. We don't have as much snow as you, but we keep getting snow every week. UGH! The first part of our winter was mild so I guess we're paying for that right now.
Spring? It's been snowing and bitterly cold over here in Britain. So cold that I can barely take my human for a walk. So cold that the magical wee folks in my garden have decided to move into my house and help themselves to my tea using the finest Royal Doulton cups. And do they clean up afterwards? Um no.
Pawsitive wishes, eh, Penny the Jack Russell dog and modest internet superstar! :)
Penny & Gary - the wee folk so rarely clean up after themselves - it's such a shame because they can be such marvelous company. I hope you weather warms up so you & your human can enjoy some sun!
Windy, freezing, and gray. sighhhhhh. I can't wait for summer. I'm glad it's not snowing where I am. It's snowing on the east of my country though. Stay safe x
Wow! Our snow is gone but it is colder than a witches' you know what! I haven't even seen my first robin though the geese have been calling overhead...heading your way I expect.
Wow! We only have three very small patches of snow left. I'm ready for warmer weather. I've been trying to plan out what veggies I'm going to grow this year. : )
It's snowing where I am, too, but no where near as bad. I'm actually a winter girl, so I don't mind it so much, though it'd be nice to go out without a coat on soon. :)

Wow! You win for snow. We've had a couple hail and ice storms today. It should be seventy to eighty degrees right now.
Alex - 70 to 80???? Wow. We've had a couple of days above freezing lately so the snow that's not piled up is starting to disappear :)
Oh, wow. It's snowing here, too, but we don't have THAT much!
At least, when I head north to Vermont tomorrow for spring break, I know there will be snow to ski on. "Spring" is late everywhere.
At least we don't have snow. But it's so cold out, like below 32 and the wind was howling yesterday. I'm beyond ready for Spring.

Wow! It looks magical to me. Wish we got snow Down Under (where I live anyway) :)
Dianne - it is late everywhere. Last year at this time we have no snow at all!
Natalie - ours is starting to melt - just not in the piles from shoveling!
Jeff - you're so right - havin the sun makes everything better!
Laura - snow is pretty and I really don't mind, but this is taking a long time to melt!
Wendy - I can't imagine NOT having snow! And I really don't mind - but spring is sure dragging its heels this year!
That's a LOT of snow! None here in San Antonio, but we do have flowers on our lemon tree :)

You win! We only got about 6" last night.
I think that Mother Nature is having quite a laugh right about now! :)
I am so with you on this!! Go away Old Man Winter!! Please please please come and stay a while Spring!!
:-) Take care

Oh my God!! Our town would shut down for weeks with that kind of snow.
That is what my yard looks like, too! What is up with Spring. I miss the sun. I swear I've developed a natural vitamin D deficiency. Brighter days have got to be on the way.
Carol - I'm going to live vicariously through you!!
Jess - spring can come any time! Although we were +4 tonight, so that's a start!
Linda - I could stand to lose here! :)
DL - she really is! She's making up for a couple of light winters!
Old Kitty - agreed! Lady Spring can arrive any time!
Diane - our road crews are awesome! This is actually quite a bit lower than it's been too :)
Sheri - At least we had some sun today! I definitely can handle pretty much anything if the sun is out! :)

We've got less snow than you, but it still doesn't feel like spring. I think we've been spoiled by our last two, very mild winters!
Mia - thanks! It's actually very safe at this point - just lots of snow to melt!
Beth - it sure doesn't! Those last couple of winters have been crzy mild here too :)

You're making me feel better about my back yard of snow. :)
Holy snow! I was complaining about our few inches but yours is unbelievable! Let's hope for some spring warmer weather and soon!
Oh wow.
It's snowing where I am, too, but no where near as bad. I'm actually a winter girl, so I don't mind it so much, though it'd be nice to go out without a coat on soon. :)
Yvonne - yeah - no geese or robins yet! Soon!!!
Susanne - I gave up on a veggie garden after the kids were grown - loved it then though!
Teresa - I'm not surprised! I hope it doesn't take too long for those piles to go!
Kelly - it's been yeas since we've had snow like this. Last year we were down to grass at this time of year!
Emy - I don't hate it either - but I'm more than ready for a little spring! :)
OMG, Jemi! Lovely, lovely snow! I want to play there!
~Nas~
Nas - it is so pretty - and fun! But I'm still ready for spring :)
Oh Jemi. Even Florida is cold!
Agnes - it's been a longer winter than usual everywhere it seems! But spring is on the way! :)
